Goods ordered by you will be dispatched Royal Mail recorded delivery or DPD courier. You may contact track the delivery your order at any time. We aim to give you 2-3 working day delivery if you live in Mainland UK and place your order before 11.30am on a working day (Monday to Friday).

However we are not responsible for any delivery problems / delays / weather conditions that the courier may encounter which result in a delay in delivery. Therefore we are not always able to guarantee 2 working day delivery, but we will delivery your parcel to you within a reasonable period of time.

You must ensure that you provide a valid delivery address/mobile number at the time of placing an order. If your order is unable to be delivered we will refund the price of goods purchased minus an administration & return delivery fee of £10.

Delivery is £4.50 Monday to Friday or Saturday £6.50

Collection in person is free - please contact us to arrange a suitable collection day and time

Returns Procedure

If you wish to return items, please make contact with us by telephone, post or email within 7 working days of receipt. We will immediately issue you a returns form & returns reference number, which should be returned with the goods to the returns address specified on the returns form. Please do not send to any other address.

We recommend that all goods are returned by Royal Mail recorded delivery and that you take appropriate insurance against loss or damage of goods in transit.

We use all reasonable efforts to ensure that replacements and refunds are processed within 14 days of the date on which we receive the returned goods.

If the returned product is not in perfect condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
